Vue Home
Vue Home was established due to growing demand for affordable homes with futuristic, minimalist, or contemporary design that is suitable with tropical climate in Indonesia. These demands are mostly catered by well-established big corporate developers that are popular to have some downsides such as long-delay key handover, inflexible design, made-up strategic location, etc. Therefore, Vue Home strives to deliver the unit as fast as possible, flexible payment, exclusive futuristic design, comfortable in tropical climate, true strategic location and access with price as affordable as possible.
With location focused in the Jakarta area, our first project started in Cirendeu (Vue Home Cirendeu) and successfully delivered all 7 units to customers in less than one year with highest degree of satisfaction.
Our ongoing projects are in 2 different locations (Vue Home Cinere and Vue Home Bintaro S1) with a total of 11 exclusive units. We hope to expand more projects prudently and carefully across Jakarta and maintain high-quality delivery throughout all projects.

Why not buying from Big Developer?
- Long duration (2 years in average) from 1st payment to key handover. Even late delivery of key handovers is uncommon among them.
- Monotonous designs. Due to the huge quantity of the houses built, they tend to simplify the design and cost to minimize risk as more than 1 contractor can be involved across multiple houses and it is complicated to manage.
- Far away and deserted location. Most of the time they develop the projects far away due to cheap acquisition land price and huge land area for increased margin. They tend to increase the land value by building other infrastructures that are not significantly valuable. The first buyers / adopters usually are taking the highest risk due to unproven location.
